The poster is a famous Slovenian anti-Salazarist propaganda image from World War II, titled *Tudi ti si odgovoren za usodo slovenskega naroda! (English: “You too are responsible for the fate of the Slovenian nation!”).
It was used by the Slovenian collaborationist movement (known as Domobranci or Slovenian National Guard), which opposed the Yugoslav communist partisans and collaborated with the Axis powers.
The main message at the top, “You too are responsible for the fate of the Slovenian nation!”, is a direct appeal to the viewer. The text below adds a threat: “Whoever does not participate in the anti-communist struggle is betraying their nation!”
