A woman is wearing a light yellow, high-collared, three-quarter sleeved dress with a rose pink vest. The dress is pleated all over in very fine pleats. Two bands of white braid encircle the hem of the skirt, which is otherwise plain. The sleeves have high puffed shoulders, and the cuffs and collar are of black with red and green rounded designs.
The vest has a deeply scooped neckline and six buttons in a double breasted style. It looks as if the vest has a panel below the waist at the back. She wears tan gloves, and holds a large bouquet of white flowers tied with wide bright yellow ribbons in her right hand. Her flat straw hat is decorated with white flowers, rose ribbon, and pale pink feathers.
