The princess style dress has a jewel neck with a narrow white collar and the sleeves are long and narrow, with white cuffs. There are buttons down the front, reminiscent of flowers. Along the hems of the sleeves and the skirt are bands of decoration that are round medallions like flowers or sunbursts. Both skirts are very wide; it is the height of the crinoline fashion.
